Here you will see my seasonally changing menu of artisanal, hand-crafted jams, chutneys and marmalades. I am proud to be a small scale producer, cooking with one pan at a time. I specialise in creating unique recipes as part of my range, many of which are award-winning. I use fresh produce and include no artificial sweeteners, preservatives, colours or flavourings.
